BTFA
Believe, Think, Feel and Act.
With Duxinaroe, we can exclusively provide the BTFA course.
Human brains are preconditioned to remain congruent. That is, the brain functions using the wiring and firing patterns it already has established. Using existing wiring, rather than re-wiring the brain (a process called neurogenesis) reduces neurological energy consumption rates (This is part of the human condition and links into our survival tactics).
BTFA, accelerates the rate at which leaders and leadership teams rewire their brain, establishing a new language register, through which they are able to determine how to "create the conditions in which human brains perform at their best".
This new awareness, is a new wiring pattern in their brain. As such it necessarily becomes second nature, to act in-line with their newly established belief. This is #BTFA in action!
How our brains are imprinted/formed (what we 'believe') and how they 'fire' (how we think / what we feel), has to determine how we act/react! It's all brain function!
What you learn through this course, could help you implement ESG and sustainability strategies in your organisation where there may have been disengagement with people in the past.
